MTP Patch Cord is an fiber optic cable assembly that is designed to meet IEC Standard 61754-7 & JIS C5982. It is used to connect fiber equipments such as switches, routers, fiber media converters, etc. It is widely used in 40G and 100G IEEE 802.3 applications. This patch cord is made of high quality materials and is available in a variety of cable colors, including Aqua, Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, White and Yellow. The cable diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 8.2mm, and the fiber grade is G652D/G657A1/G657A2/G655C. The patch cord is highly durable and can be used in operating temperature of -20℃~+70℃, with a maximum insertion loss of ≤0.2dB.
The Color Optic 111 MTP Patch Cord is a high-performance product specifically designed for optical internetworking. It has a maximum mounting tension of up to 250N and a working temperature range of -40℃~ +85℃. The outer sheath of the cable is made of LSZH material, and the durability of the patch cord is guaranteed to be over 1000 times. The insertion loss of the connection is under 0.2dB, and the cable length can be customized from 1M to 50M. The connector type is MTP/MPO with 4/8/12/24/48 fiber counts.
MTP Patch Cord is safely packaged in a carton box with a foam insert to ensure that the product is well-protected during transit.
The box is then sealed with a plastic wrapper and placed in a larger shipping box for further protection. The shipping label is affixed to the box, which contains all the necessary information required for the shipment.
The product is then shipped out using an appropriate shipping method, such as air freight, land transport, or sea freight, depending on the customer's preference.
